Chad Wootan graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 and shortly after married his wife of 23 years, Darla Wootan. Chad and Darla set their roots in College Station where they raised their two children, Blaine and Kalen, who are both current students at Texas A&M. Chad is a Texas Real Estate Broker who has been selling real estate in Bryan/College Station since 2000 and started Lone Star Reality with his wife Darla in 2006. He is a TREPAC supporter, has served on the B/CS Board of Realtors, and is a member of Better Business Bureau, Builders Association, Christ United Methodist Church, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and 12th Man Foundation. Chad believes in hard work, integrity, and putting his client’s first. Darla Wootan brings years of experience, integrity, construction knowledge, decorating, and staging expertise to her real estate career. A graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch, Darla has been a Texas Realtor since 2007. Darla is an active member of the College Station community, volunteering with both church and schools. She was very active in the College Station Independent School District, serving on the board for PTO and athletic booster clubs for numerous years. Darla has been married to Chad Wootan for 23 years and is a wonderful mother to two amazing children, Blaine and Kalen, who currently study at Texas A&M University.

Patty has been a Realtor in the BCS area for 20 years. She has raised both of her girls in the area and understands the feeling of a small-town atmosphere even in a growing community. With a background in Education, Patty feels that every day she gets to "teach" someone how to purchase a home, get a mortgage or buy the best Investment property.
Giving back to her community has always been very important to Patty and she has served our local Realtor association in all capacities from being on the MLS board up through the board President and have followed the same track on the association side. Now she is more involved at the state level serving as the Region TREPAC trustee and Regional Vice President. Along the way she has served on the local Children's museum board, been a member of the Junior League and is currently involved with the Women's Club. Patty is also a past graduate of the College Station citizen's University.
